Eastern White Cedar oil is very different than Western Red Cedar. White cedar is uplifting, and wonderful for clearing the lungs and sinuses. It helps loosen tension in the muscles and joints, assists in lymphatic drainage, is anti-parasitic, anti-bacterial, and contains stable Vitamin C. Cedar tea and cedar oil are considered a sacred medicine used to purify the mind and somatic body from stagnant or harmful emotions, entities or energies.
